Raymond 'Ray' Riehle is a local small business owner and a member of the Citrus Heights Water District Board of Directors. A lifelong resident of Northern California, Riehle earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1984. He has owned and operated A-Applied Marketing Solutions for over 35 years. Riehle has also served his community through the local Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. He is running as a Republican for the U.S. House of Representatives in California's 4th Congressional District.
