Regg J. Hatcher, Jr. is a Democratic candidate for County Council in Councilmanic District 3, Maryland. A lifelong resident of Baltimore County, he is a graduate of Randallstown High School. He holds a degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Master's in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Hatcher has worked as a Department of Defense contractor, leading international teams. Inspired by his parents' community involvement and business sense, he is committed to public service. He previously ran for the Maryland House of Delegates in 2022. Hatcher aims to be a strong advocate for his district.
