Dr. Regina English is an incumbent Democratic Representative for Colorado House District 17. She holds a Master's in Public Administration and has served as Treasurer for the Harrison School District, in addition to her work as a coach, mentor, and nonprofit leader. English is dedicated to continuing her service to the community and fostering a more equitable future for all. Her platform emphasizes education and mental health, criminal justice reform, worker rights, support for small businesses, reproductive rights, and advocacy for seniors and disability rights. She currently serves on the House Committees for Business Affairs and Labor, and Public and Behavioral Health and Human Services, and chairs the House Youth Advisory Council.
