Rich Haffey is a second-generation graduate of Oak Hills High School. He and his wife, Wendy, have three sons who attend schools in the district. Haffey has been a member of the Oak Hills Board of Education for the past four years and has been active in the community, including coaching his sons' sports teams. He also serves on the Finance Committee of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati and is a past board chair for Lighthouse Youth and Family Services, where he served for over a dozen years.
