Richard Colangelo has been a resident of Atlantic Highlands for over 20 years. He attended Rutgers University and has worked in the mortgage industry for 23 years, currently with Gateway First Bank. He also serves as the Code Enforcement Official for the Borough of Atlantic Highlands. Colangelo has a history of community involvement, including serving as a former member and chairman of the local Planning Board, past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, and in various roles for youth sports leagues like the Sandy Hook Little League and recreation basketball. He is married and has two sons who are students at Henry Hudson Regional.
