Richard "Rick" Phillip Edmonds Jr. (born September 12, 1956) is an American pastor and politician from Louisiana. A Republican, he currently serves in the Louisiana State Senate representing District 6, assuming office in January 2024. Prior to this, he served in the Louisiana House of Representatives for District 66 from 2016 to 2024. Edmonds has a background in ministry, having served as a pastor, and is a former Vice President of the Louisiana Family Forum.
