Robert "Rob" Ross has been a property owner in Dare County since 1992 and became a full-time resident of Nags Head in 2013. He holds an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Ross has 36 years of experience in financial management, with roles at major companies including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Limited Brands, where he retired as the Chief Financial Officer of Limited Brands International in 2011. He was first appointed to the Board of Commissioners in January 2017.
