Russ Fulcher

Russ Fulcher is the U.S. Representative for Idaho's 1st congressional district, a position he has held since January 2019. A Republican and member of the Freedom Caucus, he previously served in the Idaho Senate for nearly a decade. His professional background includes real estate, and sales and marketing roles at Preco Electronics and Micron Technology. Fulcher, born in 1962 and a graduate of Boise State University, is running for reelection in 2026. His policy priorities include energy independence, election security, advocating for local control of public lands, and controlling spending to combat inflation. He is pro-life.
