Ryan S. Savage

Ryan S. Savage serves as the Republican County Commissioner representing District 3 in Garrett County, Maryland, a role he assumed on December 20, 2022. A lifelong resident of Garrett County and a graduate of Northern Garrett High School, Savage has deep roots in the community. Prior to his election, he worked as a carpenter and established himself as a local business owner as the proprietor of Savage Design. His civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for Garrett Trails. As a commissioner, Savage actively contributes to local governance through his appointments to several key bodies, including the Board of Health, the Deep Creek Lake Policy and Review Board, and the Garrett Trails Advisory Committee. He is married and has two children.
