Ryan Turner is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in District 41. A Baltimore native, Turner has over a decade of experience in nonprofit management and human services. He is the founding executive director of GreenLight Fund Baltimore, a venture philanthropy organization addressing racial disparities and supporting children and families. Previously, Turner served as the executive director of Community Law in Action, a youth leadership and advocacy organization, and founded The Akoben Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at improving literacy for young students. He is a graduate of Coppin State University, where he earned a degree in Psychology.
