Sabrina Newby

Sabrina Newby is a businesswoman, advocate, and political consultant challenging the incumbent for Georgia House District 168 in the 2026 Democratic primary. She holds degrees from Liberty University and Harvard Kennedy School. Having lived in Liberty County for 25 years, Newby is also the president of the Coastal Georgia Minority Chamber of Commerce, and her husband serves on the Hinesville City Council. She asserts it's time for new leadership after over two decades, questioning local progress in roads and schools. Newby aims to foster a thriving local economy, ensure opportunities for young people, and restore accountability, believing new challenges require new solutions.
