Satish Chapagain is a Democratic candidate for the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 7A. A journalist by profession, Chapagain is recognized within the Baltimore Nepali community for his media skills and advocacy efforts. He is also involved with the Minority Coalition Community Center of Baltimore County, a nonprofit organization that provides support to minority communities. His campaign platform centers on addressing "everyday kitchen table issues" through policies that create new opportunities and encourage responsible growth. Chapagain currently serves on the Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee, also for District 7A, bringing party leadership experience to his candidacy.
