Seema Ahmad is a community organizer, policy analyst, lawyer, and Democratic candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives District 7. She earned a degree in economics from the University of Dhaka, a master's in public policy from Harvard University, and a postgraduate diploma in law from BPP University Law School. Ahmad previously worked as a turnaround consultant, a local government bureaucrat, and a field organizer for the 2008 Obama campaign. She also founded the Child Hunger Foundation.
