Seth Howard

Seth Howard is a Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 30B in Anne Arundel County. He assumed office on January 14, 2015. Born in Cheverly, Maryland, on March 17, 1974, Howard graduated from Glenelg High School before beginning a period of military service. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1994 to 1998, followed by service in the Maryland Army National Guard from 1999 to 2003. In addition to his legislative career, he has owned the Broadleaf Tobacco and Smoke Shop since 2004. In the House of Delegates, Howard serves as the Deputy Minority Whip and is a member of the Economic Matters Committee.
