Shayna Boston

Shayna Boston is an educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate from Swainsboro, Georgia. Inspired by her grandfather, Emanuel County’s first African American Assistant Superintendent, she holds a degree in educational studies from Clark Atlanta University. She champions policies to foster local business growth, create livable wage jobs, and support entrepreneurship. Boston is committed to increasing teacher pay, investing in classroom resources, and expanding career pathways. She advocates for accessible healthcare, mental health resources, and programs promoting homeownership. She is running for State Senate to ensure strong representation for District 23's rural communities, bringing their voices to the Capitol. She previously ran in 2024 for this seat.
