Sonia Dujan

Sonia Dujan was appointed to serve as a Judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court by Governor Gavin Newsom in February 2025. Prior to her appointment, she served as a Commissioner at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, a position she was elected to in 2024. Dujan was a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Sonia B. Dujan from 2004 until her appointment as commissioner. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and also attended the University of California, Berkeley. She began practicing law in 1999. Her current assignment is in the family law division at the Chatsworth Courthouse.
