Stephen Laliberte is a business executive and has been involved with White Bear Lake city government for 17 years. He founded the Birch Lake Improvement District, a tax district within the city, and has served as a board member, secretary, and is the current chair. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1977. Laliberte moved to White Bear Lake in 2000.
