Steven Young is an attorney with nine years of experience in corporate law and a former U.S. Marine who served 12 years as an infantry unit leader. He owned and operated the Bryn Mawr Market neighborhood grocery store, has served as a volunteer on the Minneapolis Food Council, coached high school lacrosse, and has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, church congregations, and Veterans For Peace. He lives in Minneapolis's Bryn Mawr neighborhood with his wife and two children and is the Green Party of Minnesota's 2026 candidate for governor.
