Stewart Soper

Stewart Soper is a dedicated community leader and volunteer running as a non-partisan candidate for the Board of Education in Maryland's Councilmanic District 5. Based in Wicomico County, Soper brings a strong commitment to education and local service to his campaign. He is actively involved with the Wicomico Retired School Personnel Association, currently serving as the organization's Treasurer, and has helped honor local educators at their memorial events. In addition to his advocacy for school personnel, Soper is a passionate community volunteer. Alongside his wife, Alison, he dedicates time to supporting the Chesapeake Housing Mission to assist those in need.
