Sylvie Hyman

Sylvie Hyman is a substitute teacher, graduate student, and engineer. She moved to Minnesota in 2017 to work as a design engineer at Cummins Power Systems after graduating from the University of Florida. Hyman serves as a regular member on the St. Louis Park Planning Commission. She is an advocate for active transportation and responsible land use. Hyman volunteers for several organizations, including Streets.mn, Neighbors for More Neighbors, and the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota, and serves on the Board of Directors for Our Streets Minnesota.
