Tammy Stinnett

Tammy Stinnett serves as the Chair of the Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee, representing Legislative District 41. First elected in 2018, she has been a dedicated member of the committee, focusing on voter registration, community engagement, and supporting Democratic candidates. With nearly two decades of managerial and legislative experience, Stinnett has been recognized as one of The Baltimore Sun's "Top 25 Women to Watch" and a "Woman of Impact" by the Mayor of Baltimore for her contributions to the community. Her public service extends to her past roles as president of the Mount Washington School Parent/Teacher Organization and as a board member of the West Arlington Improvement Association.
