Teresa Reilly

Teresa Reilly, a Republican, represents District 35A (Cecil & Harford Counties) in the Maryland House of Delegates, a position she has held since January 2015. Born in Ohio on June 26, 1958, she attended Kenwood Senior High School in Essex, Maryland. Before entering public service, Reilly worked as a bank officer and a restaurant owner/operator. Her political career began as chief of staff to Delegate Wayne Norman, Jr., from 2008 to 2013. Within the legislature, Delegate Reilly has served as Deputy Minority Whip and has been appointed to the Health and Government Operations Committee and the Ways and Means Committee. She is a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus and the Maryland Fire and EMS Caucus.
