Terrance Freeman is a Republican member of the Jacksonville City Council, representing At-Large Group 1. Appointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2018, he was elected to a full term in 2019 and re-elected in 2023. Freeman previously played professional baseball and currently serves as the Senior Project Manager of Apprenticeship Programs at Miller Electric Company. He is a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives, District 12, in the 2026 election.
