Terri Hill

Terri L. Hill is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 12A since January 2023. She first assumed office in 2015, initially for District 12. Before entering politics, Hill worked as a physician, a profession she has continued alongside her legislative duties. She earned a bachelor's degree in bioelectric engineering from Harvard University and a medical degree from Columbia University. As a legislator, Hill has focused on healthcare policy, including efforts to improve access to mental health services and address systemic health disparities. Her legislative work also extends to issues concerning housing, education, and the environment.
