Tim Kelly is the incumbent Representative for Michigan's 93rd State House District, serving since 2025. He previously represented the 94th District from 2013 to 2018. Before his legislative service, Kelly was a Saginaw County Commissioner and chairman of the Saginaw County Republican Party. He has worked as an education policy advisor for the governor and as a special advisor for the Michigan Department of Career Development. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Denver.
