Timothy John Reeder

Timothy John Reeder, born in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio, is a physician and politician. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Ohio State University. In 1998, he moved to North Carolina, where he earned a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Reeder has worked as a physician at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and served as Chief of Medical Staff at Vidant Medical Center. He was also the President of the North Carolina Medical Society in 2019. He was first elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives for District 9 on November 8, 2022, and assumed office on January 1, 2023.
