Dr. Vinaya Singh is a retired application developer and former scientist. Born in India, he earned a BS and MS in Computer Engineering and worked for the Indian Space Research Organization, coordinating with NASA on various projects. Singh moved to the United States in 1999, working as an IT specialist and completing a PhD in Management. He became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2016. A Republican, Singh is running for the California State Assembly to represent District 10.
