Wayne L. Tome, Sr. is a lifelong resident of Port Deposit, Maryland, with a long history of public service. He previously served as a member of the Board of County Commissioners for Cecil County, representing District 4, from 2006 to 2010. His extensive experience in local government also includes serving as the Mayor of Port Deposit and as a member of the Town Council. In addition to his elected positions, Tome has had a distinguished career as a firefighter and paramedic with the Baltimore Fire Department and has been an active volunteer firefighter in Cecil County, including serving as Fire Chief for the Water Witch Fire Company.
