Wayne Richter is a Palm City, Florida attorney and 24-year Martin County resident running for the Florida House. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he has lived on the Treasure Coast since 2004 with his wife Katie and their three children. He earned a B.A. in political science from Florida Southern College (1999) and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law (2002), and practices as a solo attorney with offices in Palm City and West Palm Beach. He is past president of the Martin County Bar Association, serves on Florida Bar committees, and is vice president of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
