Wesley W. Barkley is an incumbent judge for North Carolina's Judicial District 36. He received his undergraduate degree from Gardner-Webb University in 1999 and his J.D. from Campbell University in 2003. Prior to becoming a judge, he practiced law with the firm of Sigmon, Isenhower and Barkley in Newton, North Carolina. He was first elected to the court on November 4, 2014.
