Whitney Hill is a lifelong resident of North Raleigh and a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Science. After working in the corporate sector as a project manager and IT director, he founded Carolina Web Consultants, Inc. in 1996. He has been active in the community, serving as a chairperson of the Raleigh North Citizen Advisory Council and as a member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Hill previously ran for the same City Council seat in 2022 and 2024.
