William Farias

William 'Billy' Farias is a retired law enforcement officer with over 41 years of service in Florida. He is a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran and a U.S. Coast Guard Desert Storm veteran. Farias currently serves as the Public Safety Commissioner for Franklinville, is an instructor for the Army Corps of Cadets, and is a board member of the United Way of Randolph County. He is also a volunteer with the Guardian Ad Litem program. A resident of Franklinville for over eight years, he is a college graduate and is fluent in Spanish.
