A journalist with public relations and substitute teaching experience, Tuell holds a BA in History from the University of Maine at Machias. He serves on the State and Local Government Committee and the Arise Addiction Recovery Board. His legislative background includes leading the State and Local Government Committee and on Marine Resources and Environment and Natural Resources committees.
