Yolanda R. Quintanilla is a dedicated community advocate with over 15 years of experience in youth development, human trafficking, and domestic violence prevention. Yolanda is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and has been recognized with state and county awards for her advocacy. She is also the Vice Chair for the Prince Georges County Latino Advisory Board.
