Aaron Baker is an incumbent member of the Brevard City Council, first elected in 2021. He is a graduate of Brevard College (2008) and holds a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University (2012). His professional career includes serving as the Brand Director at Oskar Blues Brewery and previously working at the Transylvania County Library. Baker has also been involved in the community by serving on the boards for the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce and Transylvania County Tourism. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, he now lives in Brevard with his son and partner.
