Aletheia McCaskill

Aletheia McCaskill is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Legislative District 44B. She assumed office on January 11, 2023, for a term ending in January 2027. A Baltimore native, McCaskill earned a B.S. in information systems from Villa Julie College and a B.S. in early elementary and childhood education from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Her professional background includes experience as a computer operator and programmer. For over two decades, she has owned and directed Tender Tots, a daycare center. McCaskill also holds the position of Vice President of the Early Learning Division for SEIU, Local 500. In the legislature, she serves on the Appropriations Committee.
