Alexander Bobella

Alexander Bobella is a social worker, organizer, and self-described democratic socialist from Saint Albans City, Vermont. He earned a bachelor's degree from Marlboro College in 2015 and a graduate degree from the University of Vermont in 2022. His career in care work has included supporting patients at the Brattleboro Retreat and the University of Vermont Medical Center, helping people navigate Medicaid, staffing a crisis line at the Pride Center of Vermont, and organizing healthcare workers. He serves on the Saint Albans City Climate and Energy Advisory Commission. He was a Democratic candidate for the Vermont State Senate Franklin District in the 2026 primary and advanced to the general election.
