Alisa Costa

Alisa Costa was elected to her first term in November 2023. She has over 25 years of experience in community organizing and public policy, having worked for organizations like the New York Civil Liberties Union and Hunger Solutions New York. Prior to her election, she was the initiative director for Berkshire Bridges Working Cities, a program focused on expanding economic opportunity. Costa is the CEO & Consultant for Engaged Communities Consulting. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University at Albany and studied Nonprofit Management at Rockefeller College.
