Andria Archer has been a resident of Clayton for nearly 20 years and is a professional geologist. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Geological Sciences. Her work experience includes roles as a science teacher, a hydrogeologist and supervisor for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, and currently as the Director of Environmental Assessments at WithersRavenel. Archer has a long history of civic engagement, serving on the Clayton Farm and Community Market Board, the Town of Clayton Planning Board, and various steering committees before being elected to the Town Council in December 2021.
