Ayanna Crawford

Ayanna Crawford was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of Springfield Central High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Westfield State University in 1998 and a Master of Education from Springfield College. Crawford worked as an educator for 25 years, including two decades in the Springfield Public Schools and as an adjunct professor at Springfield Technical Community College. She is the founder of AC Consulting and Media Services and a public speaking program called "Take the Mic". Currently, she serves as the Chief of Staff for Massachusetts State Representative Orlando Ramos.
