Beau Matthew LaFave is a Republican candidate for Michigan State Senate District 38. A licensed attorney, he previously served three terms representing the 108th District in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2017 to 2022. Due to term limits, he left the state House and subsequently worked as legislative staff for the 38th Senate District. LaFave earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
