Benjamin David Coker is an incumbent Superior Court Judge for the Griffin Judicial Circuit in Georgia, running for re-election in 2026. He has served as a Superior Court Judge since March 2020. Prior to this, he was the District Attorney for the Griffin Judicial Circuit from 2017 to 2020, and an Assistant District Attorney from 2005 to 2017. As an Assistant District Attorney, he prosecuted various cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies like murder and drug trafficking. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 2003, Coker earned his law degree from Georgia State University. He was also appointed to the Coastal Marshland Protection/Shore Protection Committees. His re-election campaign signifies his dedication to continued judicial service.
