Carol J. Spack

Carol Spack is a lawyer and former public servant who grew up in Framingham. She served for nine years on the Framingham Planning Board, including as chair, from 2003 to 2012 when Framingham was a town. She earned a B.A. from Harvard University, a Master of City Planning from M.I.T., and a J.D. from Northeastern School of Law. Her legal practice, which began in 1985, focused on land use, real estate, zoning, and nonprofit organizations. She has also been a visiting lecturer at the MIT Real Estate Center. Her current full-time work involves antique maps and books.
