Catherine M. Grasso

Catherine M. Grasso is a Republican candidate running for re-election as Calvert County Commissioner for District 3 in Maryland. First elected to the Board of County Commissioners in 2022, she also serves on the Calvert County Board of Health. Before entering local politics, Grasso built a career in federal service. She retired as a manager and program analyst for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration, where she managed agency budgets and livestock programs. A resident of Calvert County for over 47 years, Grasso previously chaired the Calvert County Republican Central Committee. She and her husband raised three children.
