Charles "Charlie" Bethel is an Associate Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, having assumed office in October 2018 after being appointed by Governor Nathan Deal. Born in Athens and raised in Dalton, he earned his business and law degrees from the University of Georgia. He was elected to a full term on the Supreme Court in 2020.
