Charles Clifford

Chad Clifford is an incumbent Democratic Representative for House District 37 in the Colorado General Assembly, representing Arapahoe County. He serves as Vice Chair of the State, Civic, Military, & Veterans Affairs Committee and is also a member of the Capitol Building Advisory Committee and the Judiciary Committee. For the 2026 Regular Session, he sponsored legislation including measures concerning legacy giving to charitable organizations and requiring exterior key boxes at schools, both signed into law. He also co-sponsored a bill related to exempting critical infrastructure from the "Consumer Repair Bill of Rights Act." Clifford is campaigning for re-election to House District 37.
