Colleen Turner

Dr. Colleen Turner has been the Director of Operations at the Tri-County Community Action Agency, Inc., where she has worked since 1999. In this role, she oversees numerous Head Start centers and Early Head Start/Head Start Options in several counties. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland County College since 2007. Dr. Turner holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Walden University, a Master's degree in School Business Administration from Rowan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Montclair State University.
