Craig L. Schwall is an incumbent judge for the Georgia 5th Superior Court District Atlanta Circuit, with his current term ending in December 2026. He is running for re-election in the May 19, 2026 general election. Appointed to the court in 2005 by Governor Sonny Perdue, Schwall's career includes serving as a judge on the Fulton County State Court (2003-2005) and as a magistrate judge with the Fulton County Magistrate Court. He also worked in private practice as a partner at Schwall & Schwall Attorneys at Law and an associate with Schwall & Ruff. He holds a bachelor's degree from Auburn University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
