Crystal Jackson Parker

Crystal Jackson Parker is a Democratic candidate seeking election to the Maryland House of Delegates in Legislative District 40. A lifelong resident of West Baltimore, Parker is a community activist with a history of public service. She is a former member of the Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee. As a key member of the Coppin Heights Community Development Corporation, she was instrumental in the development of The Mill on North food hall. Parker also partnered with Baltimore City through her nonprofit organization to create a YouthWorks site, aiming to provide opportunities for young people. Her platform focuses on improving affordable healthcare, enhancing public safety, and creating new economic opportunities for residents.
