Frank M. Conaway, Jr.

Frank M. Conaway Jr. serves as a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Legislative District 40 in Baltimore City. He began his tenure on January 10, 2007, and has been a member of the Judiciary Committee for the entirety of his service. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on January 4, 1963, he is the son of the late Frank M. Conaway Sr. and Mary Conaway. His academic background includes studies at Howard University and Morgan State University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Sojourner-Douglass College in 1999. Prior to his political career, his professional experience included work for construction firms, owning an insurance company, and employment as a sales representative.
